Terms of stay
Booking & Rates
Hotel Sole Palace offers flexible and long-stay rates. Rates include breakfast and VAT.
Payment is made upon arrival at the hotel. Guests can modify their reservation before the arrival date. Reservations can be cancelled directly through the hotel's website, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
The Long Stay rate is non-refundable. For the Flexible rate, guests can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations after this deadline are subject to a penalty equivalent to one night's stay.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in is available subject to availability. Guests should contact the hotel at info@solepalace.ge to arrange an early check-in.
Late check-out is also available subject to availability. Guests should contact the hotel to confirm availability and arrangements.
Payment should be completed at check-in, and room keys should be returned at check-out.
Guests are required to present their passport and booking confirmation at check-in. The same documents are required for children. There is no specific check-in limit for foreign citizens.
Luggage storage is available for all guests.
Children
Hotel Sole Palace welcomes guests travelling with children. There is no age limit for children staying at the hotel.
Children under 7 years old stay free of charge. Children aged 7–12 years are charged 10 USD when sharing a bed with their parents.
Baby cots and extra beds are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
A children's playground is located in front of the hotel.
Passports are required for children.
Smoking Policy
Hotel Sole Palace has non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted on balconies.
Smoking inside a room is subject to a 2,000 GEL fine.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00. Guests are asked to respect the quiet hours and other hotel guests.
Visitors
Visitors are permitted to visit registered guests in their rooms for a few hours.
